       Delivery policy 

Typical lead time on orders is 10 business days. If you are picking up in store please wait for an order complete email before inquiring about your order status. If your order is being shipped to you a label will be created at the end of order lead time and a tracker sent to your email.

      Return policy

If you are submitting a return claim please clearly state your order number, name, and reason for claim. If you are reporting damaged goods please attach photograph of said damage. You may be required to return damaged goods before refund or exchange is approved. Items must be returned prior to use. Unless other wise stated you the customer is responsible for return shipping.       Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your order anytime within 24hrs of purchase. If after 24 hours has passed please email or call to see if we can halt production of your item. Please start your claim here

Damaged goods and Cancellations before production are subject to refund, all other inquiries are subject to approval        please contact a member of Red Letter Apparel to submit inquiries.
